Dr. Joshi treats all Gastroenterology and Liver conditions — GERD, IBD, Hepatitis, Liver Disease, Gallstones, Hemorrhoids, Pancreatitis, Gastric Ulcers, and more. He is also an Interventional Endoscopist.
Modern endoscopy is well-tolerated. We use local anesthesia and/or sedation based on patient preference. The procedure typically takes 10–20 minutes. You will be briefed fully before the procedure.
Yes. For Upper GI Endoscopy, you should fast for at least 6–8 hours. For Colonoscopy, bowel preparation (1–2 days) is needed. Dr. Joshi's team will provide specific instructions when you book.
OPD is available Monday to Saturday. Morning: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM. Evening: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM. Early morning slots are often fully booked — call ahead to secure your slot.
Yes, 24x7 emergency services are available at Galaxy Hospital for acute GI emergencies including GI bleeding, severe abdominal pain, acute liver failure, and more.

The Mobile Endoscopy Clinic is Dr. Joshi's social initiative through Galaxy Healthcare Foundation — conducting endoscopy camps in rural and tribal areas of Nanded district every Sunday at a subsidized cost of ₹1,100.
